Feedback is critical in supporting candidate progress and improvement. However, it is often provided to learners in ways that are geared towards compliance, rather than meaningful performance improvement. This workshop outlines 12 ways to provide better feedback to support candidate performance. This will include identifying key technology that can be used to support the feedback process as well as techniques aimed at improving performance by using feedback more effectively.
