To be successful in this system, a commitment to quality is essential, not only for compliance but for sustainable commercial viability. This webinar focuses on the quality requirements for RTOs related to their Assessment function and will provide guidance on how to develop quality assessment strategies. Additionally, it will outline ways to improve the participants’ assessment experience.

Learning Outcomes
  • Identify quality requirements for designing, developing and conducting assessment.
  • Describe key compliance responsibilities
  • Identify tools and templates to support quality Assessment, and
  • Outline methods for improving assessment experience.
