This webinar will focus on how to plan, prepare and present lessons that enable students to embed skills and knowledge through repetition, modelling, and task production. Examples will include discussion of scaffolding tasks and activities for practise and demonstration of knowledge and skills.

Rachel Leigh Taylor has more than 20 years’ experience teaching, designing, curriculum, training and providing professional development for trainers and RTO staff in the VET sector in Australia and abroad. With a background in second language education and supporting low literacy leaners, Rachel shares knowledge and experience of creative contextualisation of resources and materials for delivery that enable leaners to absorb knowledge, practise skills and then combine this into authentic and competent demonstration of core skills.
