This webinar looks at the essential features of ELICOS assessment, as well as a range of assessment processes essential to ensure that the ELICOS department is operating efficiently and meeting the ELICOS Standards.

The webinar focuses on analysing the essential components of an ELICOS syllabus, how to write ELICOS assessment tasks that are clearly linked to course outcomes and, how to evaluate assessment tasks to ensure their ongoing relevance to student needs.

The webinar is suitable for teachers, managers and those interested in adding ELICOS to their scope of registration.

Svtilana Harasymiv has worked in English language education for over 25 years. She has established and managed numerous EAL and ELICOS Departments and has written a range of successfully-accredited ELICOS courses. Additionally, she has worked as a Director of Compliance and Director of Studies managing not only English programs but also a wide range of VET courses. She holds two Graduate Diplomas and a Masters in TESOL Education, as well as a Degree in Applied Science (Geography). Her webinars focus on making English instruction   enjoyable for both students and teachers.
