The audit has been conducted and at least one non-compliance has been identified? So, what happens next?
As part of the audit process RTOs are provided with an opportunity to respond to identified findings of non-compliance. As many RTOs have discovered, the consequences of failing to respond appropriately can be devastating, cost and resource intensive and emotionally difficult.
ASQA’s ‘new’ student-centred audit model significantly changes how providers may have undertaken audit ‘rectification’ in the past.
This webinar will focus on identifying and implementing effective strategies to ensure you maximise your post audit opportunity to respond and demonstrate your compliance, including undertaking required remedial actions for non-compliance including where it may have impacted past students.
- Interpret and identify the response requirements from audit reports
- prepare relevant strategies, actions and evidence to meet response requirements
- understand how to format and submit responses to non-compliances
