We are excited to announce 2016’s Australian Council for Private Education and Training's (ACPET) Asia Pacific International Education Forum (APIEF) and National Conference is being held on Hobarts waterfront at Hotel Grand Chancellor Hobart from Wednesday 24th to Friday 26th August 2016.
As in previous years an impressive line-up of speakers and exhibitors from both global and domestic tertiary education markets will be invited to facilitate the exploration of ideas, benchmarks and current practices relating to our theme.
Save the dates as we hope to see you there!
Destination - Discover Tasmania and Hobart
As we approach the end of 2015 and begin to think about our plans for 2016 why not incorporate the ACPET National Conference and APIEF into a mid-year getaway and explore Hobart and discover what Tasmania has to offer.
No matter what kind of traveller you are there are attractions for all to see. For the history enthusiasts who can visit the many World Heritage areas and explore the arts and culture of Tasmania, to those with more of an outdoors or adventurous approach to travel take in nature and wildlife, parks and gardens, national parks and the wilderness or even book scenic flights and cruises and for the social hub and foodies who like to wine and dine and explore local shopping and markets.
Venue - Hotel Grand Chancellor Hobart - 1 Davey Street Hobart TAS
When it comes to staying in Hobart, the only place to be is on the waterfront at Hotel Grand Chancellor Hobart, which features some of the best views in the city. Overlooking the Hobart Harbour and Constitution Dock the hotel is just steps from popular attractions like, Salamanca, Battery Point and the Central Business District, but intimate enough to ensure a perfectly relaxing experience.
Enjoy the comfort, space and facilities of one of Hobart’s largest hotels. Work out in the state-of-the-art fitness centre or enjoy a rejuvenating dip in the heated indoor pool or relax in the sauna. Meet for drinks in The Atrium Lounge or reserve a table at the fashionable Restaurant Tasman, where magnificent harbour views meet contemporary cuisine.
As in previous years ACPET will be offering discounted accommodation rates when you register to ACPET’s National Conference and/or APIEF.
