2014 HELP Providers Forum

Last week The Department of Education held its annual HELP Provider Forum. The event was held at the National Convention Centre in Canberra and was well attended by delegates from all over Australia.

The forum provides an opportunity for HELP providers, prospective HELP providers and industry stakeholders to come together and receive valuable updates and insights into proposed legislation from a range of speakers.
Topics covered at the forum included Higher Education policy and reforms in the 2014/15 Budget, VET reform and the quality agenda. Representatives from the Student Support Branch, Department of Education also ran break out workshops on more specific matters directly effecting providers.
