Staff development planning in a digital economy
Monday, August 4 2014
Every Australian training organisation needs to improve their staff’s digital literacy and ICT skills if they are to remain viable in the growing digital economy and online training environment.
This interactive webinar will take participants through an analysis of their current staff’s skills to highlight the key skills required by their institution to fully function in a digital economy. They will then discuss strategies for planning and developing the skills gaps required within their own staff.
This webinar will also examine new ways of working in the digital economy such as telework and micro-work.
