It’s a cliché but true that most managers struggle to find time to work ON the business and the key areas of SNR and AQTF compliance – systematic continuous improvement.

This webinar starts with a brief story of the theories and models behind business management, quality, work systems and the links to the AQTF and NVR standards. Then the main part of the webinar explores how a small to medium RTO can demonstrate systematic business improvements in quality training and assessment, client services and operations.

It will emphasise how to identify “naturally occurring” evidence in work flow and work processes, how to recognise and document that evidence through controls, databases and software. The goal is to show that meetings, minutes, committees and registers are necessary but not the only ways to capture business improvement and compliance.
