Student visa Processing - Immigration Risk Rating and Document Checklist error
Monday, April 9 2018
DoHA advises that a system error caused providers with an Immigration Risk Rating of two or three to receive Regular evidence requirements for all nationalities.
The issue was investigated and is now resolved. DoHA visa processing areas propose to manually check evidence levels to ensure that applicants eligible for Streamlined evidence requirements are not adversely impacted. Applicants lodging their application or checking the document checklist should now receive the correct evidence list.
Providers can check their Immigration Risk Rating by selecting their December report in ImmiAccount.
If providers believe their Immigration Risk Rating is incorrect or are still receiving inaccurate evidence requirements to bring this to the attention of the Department by contacting Student.Visa.Programme@homeaffairs.gov.au
