The ACPET 2014 Higher Education Symposium will be held at the Marriot Hotel, Circular Quay Sydney on 22 may 2014.
The keynote speaker at the Symposium is the Hon Christopher Pyne, Minister for Education. In addition to Minsiter Pyne delegates will also hear from TEQSA, the Higher Education Standards Panel and other influential stakeholders in the higher education sector.
Higher education providers must be innovative and responsive to the needs of students and business by maintaining academic rigour and delivering high quality education. Within this context, the ACPET 2014 Higher Education Symposium will provide a comprehensive analysis of the issues related to policy, regulation, academic governance and learning and teaching practice.
The Symposium will also examine the practical components of higher education, including how providers address the challenges of maintain academic integrity in the digital age and develop strategies that inform and improve their learning and teaching practices.
