HE Journal

The ACPET Journal for Private Higher Education is a bi-annual peer-reviewed journal for scholarly articles on the theory and practice of higher education in the context of the private sector. It aims to provide up-to-date perspectives of benefit to educators, scholars, students, practitioners, policy-makers and consultants. The first edition is scheduled to be published in April 2012.

The ACPET Journal for Private Higher Education covers:

  • higher education policy and practice
  • teaching, learning and curriculum design
  • quality assurance
  • postgraduate education
  • academic leadership and management
  • academic work. 

Article formats include, but are not restricted to, traditional academic research articles, comparative reviews and critically reflective case studies as well as empirically-based papers. Papers adopting inter-disciplinary and comparative international perspectives are particularly welcome.

Submission of articles
Prospective authors should refer to the guidelines for contributors. A separate cover sheet must be attached when submitting your article. Submissions for the first edition close on 31 January 2012.
