ACPET is pleased to announce a series of Professional Development sessions designed to support RTOs throughout the Northern Territory.

With support from the Northern Territory Department of Education and Training we are pleased to announce a forthcoming workshops.

Rigorous Evidence and Assessment Quality

As assessment has always been a ‘hot potato’ with the auditors; it is also a high risk activity that RTO’s undertake. Ensuring that evidence collection is of a high quality and rigorous enough to withstand a challenge is both a business imperative and a regulatory requirement. These sessions will cover the following re assessment: 

• the auditors perspective on evidence collection
• benchmarks for assessment quality including legal requirements
• outlines of recent court cases involving evidence collection
• case studies outlining rigorous evidence collection

These sessions are presented by Lesley Wemyss on the following dates:
