1. Rates Have Changed - New Version Of Modern Award
As a result of the Annual Wage Review 2009-10 conducted by the Minimum Wage Panel of Fair Work Australia a decision on the minimum wage has been made and further determinations for Modern Awards have occurred resulting in increases to rates. Specifically, new salary rate tables have been provided for the Education Services (Post Secondary Education) Services Award. These rates came into operation from 1 July 2010 and should be used as the basis for comparisons and calculations for transition to Modern Award rates.
