The Green Skills Agreement Implementation Plan has been endorsed and is due for implementation by providers from 1 July 2010.

Skills for Sustainability are being progressively integrated into Training Packages, which practitioners will be required to deliver in the very near future. Increasingly providers will also need to demonstrate sustainable work practices when applying for contestable funding from a range of government sources.

Come and find out what this means for RTOs and for VET practitioners. You will hear about what ACPET and TAFE SA are doing to support Green Skills implementation and also from the schools sector how they have been implementing sustainable work practices and achieving considerable savings and efficiencies in the process.
