1. Template Letters to Help Business in Managing Employees

Handy template letters to aid in documenting hiring, managing and releasing employees have been created as part of assistance to small and medium size businesses.

Documentation covering a range of situations in which employers commonly provide employees with written correspondence because it is required by law or because of the benefits of having formal documentation, is available online. The templates cover engaging employees, successful/unsuccessful completion of a probationary period, providing official warnings and termination and redundancy. As with the use of any generic templates, caution should be taken to ensure the contents are understood and tailored for individual organisations and circumstances.
