ACPET is pleased  to announce the next in our series of VET Futures workshops designed to support RTOs throughout Queensland. 

The Qld Department of Education and Training have provided generous sponsorship for the program and we are therefore able to offer the workshops at well below cost  - make sure you take advantage of these training opportunities while they are available at such great prices!  Places are limited so register as soon as possible to ensure your place.

Workshop 1  - The Vet Environment

This program is targeted at administration staff that work in a VET Organisation and are often the first point of contact when a client contacts the RTO. This session will be modelled on the content of the TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Unit TAAENV401B. This unit of competency is about what is required to work effectively in the policy and operating environment of the vocational education and training sector. All participants will be given the opportunity to complete the Unit after the session. Details will be outlined on the day.

Workshop 2 – Assessment Workshop

Assessment instruments appropriate to the Units. This workshop will be about looking at a variety of Units and ensuring that the most appropriate assessment instruments are used to meet the requirements of the Units.  Exemplars will be used for demonstration of best practice.
