successful vet is schools seminar held in victoria

Nic Mardling, Managing Director of Student Training Hospitality Services and member of the ACPET Victoria State Committee, presented a very enlightening session on how to enter and deliver “VET in Schools” seminar to Victorian members.

The session was jam packed with fantastic information which included; Statistics on the growth and most popular VET programs; how VET fits into the Victorian Secondary School qualifications framework; marketing to schools and understanding the secondary school environment.

Participants enjoyed Nic’s demystification and insight into delivering a competency based qualification within a curriculum framework.

A very engaging and enlightening session, followed by drinks and nibbles and a chance to network and talk to Nic one on one.
