The 2010 ACT Chief Minister's Export Awards were launched by the ACT Chief Minister on 27 April 2010 and if your company is exporting, it’s time to start thinking about your export activities and what you’re achieved over the past 12 months.
The Export Awards are extremely competitive and recognise excellence in the export of goods and services by Australian exporters. The ACT Chief Minister's Export Awards can help you tell your export success story and increase your profile to a wide audience both nationally and internationally. They also provide an opportunity for you to use the entry process as a health check for your business – gathering the information required to respond to the entry criteria will help identify the strengths and weaknesses of your business, assess your export progress and note areas where further work may need to be done.
Although applications close on 20 July 2010, now is the time to start thinking about your story and putting together the material needed to submit an application that will capture the attention of the ACT and National judges and put you in the elite category of national finalist. Gathering information now and over the next couple of months means that you will not be rushing to put together a quality application at the last moment.
