A tender opportunity exists for the provision of a training package that is nationally recognised and delivered by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), incorporating endorsed components to gain recognised qualifications in the Certificate IV in Telecommunications - Radiocommunications (ICT40310) and/or the Diploma of Government (PSP50104).

A tenderer must be able to demonstrate that it is, or that it can provide a training package delivered by, a Registered Training Organisation that leads to the awarding of nationally recognised qualifications.

The timeframe for delivery is a five year Deed of Standing Offer, anticipated to be signed by mid 2010.
