One of Australia’s longest running and most respected tertiary studies, careers and employment events will be coming to Adelaide in 2010! The Tertiary Studies & Careers Expo Adelaide (TSCEA) is the ideal forum to meet with career seekers wishing to access the latest information on tertiary studies, training and employment options.
TSCEA is managed by Interchange Consultancy Group, specialists in Education and Employment Event Management, and builds on the success of the annual TSXPO (established in 1981). 4. DFEEST Professional Development – Internal Audit
Conducting an internal audit is not just about meeting AQTF 2007 and State Training Authority requirements - it is about creating positive and identifiable outcomes.
Participants will learn about the process of AQTF RTO Internal audits, become familiar with and take away tools to assist with the processes, identify how they can use the process to benefit their organisation, staff and clients, how to utilise the outcomes from the internal audits and embed the process within their existing systems or create their own.
Target audience
VET Professionals: Staff who provide leadership, management and support for teaching, training and assessment within RTO’s, but who are not directly involved in delivery of nationally accredited training. This includes roles such as RTO Managers and Compliance Officers.
VET Support and Administrative Staff who will be administering, collecting and producing reports that will assist the RTO in providing quality training and assessment services to clients.
VET Practitioners: Staff directly involved in delivery of teaching, training and/or assessment programs.

Do you want to know more about assessment including recognition of prior learning?

Are you trying to develop a culture of change in RPL and assessment Practice?

Target audience
These sessions are for RTOs who deliver and assess vocational competencies and are continuously improving their learning and assessment strategies to meet both the requirements of the Training Package and industry.
Pre-requisites
To participate it is expected that as well as your industry currency and trainer/assessor competence you will be continuing to develop your VET knowledge and skills.
