ACPET is proud to sponsor this high profile event and look forward to offering the exclusive networking and business opportunities to our members.
For the past 22 years, these prestigious Awards have acknowledged the hard work and enterprise of some of the State’s most innovative businesses.
The awards recognise the significant contribution that individual WA businesses make to the State economy and reflect the importance of exports to the State’s continued economic development.
The awards are open to a wide range of organisations; from small developing firms to large established corporations; from manufacturing and engineering companies to consulting and service providers; from exporters to companies with solely local markets.
While considerable status is attached to being a finalist or winner in any category, simply entering the awards is likely to benefit an applicant.
The awards have helped many organisations improve their business and marketing planning. In fact, criteria questions have been designed to help businesses develop their annual business plans.
Along with ACPET, co-sponsors include; Department of Commerce, Rio Tinto, Chamber of Minerals and Energy, Lavan Legal, AusIndustry, CCIWA, Fremantle Ports, AIEx, ANZ, Austrade, Craig Mostyn Group. The West Australian.
Previous private training award recipients include; Silver Trowel Trade Training (2009 Education and Training Export Award and 2008 Emerging Exporter of the Year Award) and Immersive Technologies (2008 Education and Training Awards and Premier’s Award for Excellence).
Applications open for these awards this Wednesday 14 April. Please go to: www.commerce.wa.gov.au or call the WA ACPET office ((08) 6263 4437), or June Phillips from Dept of Commerce ((08) 9263 8278) for advice details.
