A recent pledge by Maureen Houssein-Mustafa, CEO of Australasian College Broadway, will raise $60,000 over two years, to send two entrants to compete in The International WorldSkills Competitions.

Australian Capital Territory

Canberra Business Council and its Education Services Export Steering Committee submitted its ACT Education Services Export Strategy to the ACT Government on 25 March 2010.

The Australian Flexible Learning Framework has awarded $259,200 to develop and manage eight projects that will deliver innovative e-learning training solutions in the ACT in 2010.

The ACT Department of Education and Training is hosting its annual Let’s Talk VET Professional Development Forum on 21 – 22 April 2010 with a welcome reception on the evening of 20 April.
