Privately owned units in accredited courses are the copyright of course owners.

To protect copyright, the content of privately owned units is not listed in the National Training Information System (NTIS).

However, the SACE Board needs to record information about privately developed units if the course or units are delivered to SACE students:

• If you own an accredited course delivered to SACE students, advise the SACE Board and provide a copy of the course structure and units.
• If you do not own, but deliver an accredited course (or units) to a SACE student, advise the course owner to provide the course structure and units to the SACE Board

These actions ensure that the issuance of SACE results is not disrupted.
