How do your global plans stack up against other Australian businesses? How has the global financial crisis changed the trends and outlook for exporting and investing offshore over the last 12 months? Which offshore destinations are you targeting and why?
Overseas investment by Australian companies is a significant driver of future economic success for our country.
EFIC’s annual Global Readiness index (GRi) researches the current destinations for exporters and offshore investors, their motivations, and the barriers they face in an increasingly globalised world.
Now in its third year, this unique Australian study will provide Australian business and government with a comprehensive picture of the opportunities and challenges on the path to participating in today’s global supply chains. It will also compare results with those from the 2009 survey and is expected to give some interesting insights on the impact of the global economic downturn.
The survey is endorsed by Minister for Trade Simon Crean and is produced in partnership with state government, trade and industry organisations across Australia.
Why should you participate?
You will receive a customised benchmark report which compares key aspects of your export and globalisation strategies with the aggregate results from your industry sector, as well as Australian businesses overall. You will also have access to the full survey results.
All participants will receive a discounted subscription offer from EFIC’s GRi media partner, BRW magazine. Plus, the first 250 respondents will receive two Hoyts movie passes.
How do you complete the survey?
Click here to benchmark your business by completing the GRi questionnaire.
The online survey should take no more than 10 minutes and is open until Wednesday, 31 March.
