celebrate international women's day with international students
National Monday Update Issue:
The Victorian Immigrant and Refugee Women’s Coalition is celebrating this year’s International Women’s Day with a March for Harmony led by female international students.
Female international students have a different story to tell about their life in this country. This is their day, the day they can be heard and acknowledged for the optimism, resilience and talent they bring to this country. They want to have fun on this day hence, we have organized a colourful march of hundreds of women around the Melbourne CBD on March 5th, Friday, 11.30am -2.00pm.
The march will assemble in front of the State Library, Swanston Street and the program will be at the steps of Victorian Parliament.
