Bums on Seats – RTO Business Planning for Growth and Sustainability
Forget about vision and mission statements. This is a practical business planning workshop which recognises that without a customer you don’t have a business. Combining a strong market focus with astute workforce development programs this workshop puts the emphasis squarely on what your organisation needs to do to deliver you more customers, create more loyal customers, or focus on improving relations with your existing customers.
No amount of financial planning or corporate planning will help your business if you don’t have enough customers to pay the bills. During the workshop we will ask you to consider what you want your organisation to look like in three or five year’s time and then consider the environment in which you will be operating. What are the barriers that are likely to get in the way of achieving what you want, and what changes or improvements will you need to make to your operating procedures, your people and your marketing endeavours to overcome those barriers to realise your goals.
