trade mission to china 22 march – 1 april
National Monday Update Issue:
Trade Queensland have been working with our overseas offices in China to arrange a Green Building Trade mission to China.
The mission participants do not have to join the whole mission they can pick which parts of the trade mission they wish to join.
Cities involved will include Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Changsha and ending in Shanghai for the EXPOBuild China. The trade mission dates are 22 March - 1st April to coincide with EXPO Build China 2010. (March 29 - April 2010, www.expobuild.com)
Some key benefits by joining this mission - All trade mission participants will:
- Attend networking functions and seminars in each city visited arranged by the Queensland Government.
- Mission participants are welcome to invite up to two key local clients or two prospective clients to the networking functions.
- Arranged business matching meetings where appropriate.
- Receive industry market briefings from the Queensland Government’s Trade and Investment Commissioners and other industry experts;
- Participation in arranged site visits of existing and planned projects.
- Participants are welcome to exhibit at Expo Build China 2010 as part of the Queensland Government pavilion.
There is no cost to join the trade mission , however participants will be required to cover their own transportation and accommodation(we will recommend accommodation and flights for all internal travel) . Trade Queensland will cover the cost of all networking functions and workshops we arrange. If companies wish to have their own booth at Expo Build they will be required to cover this cost.
The closing date for this trade mission is COB 19 February 2009.
