How to Advertise in National Monday Update

Format:

Please supply advertisements in MS Word format. Any images (ie photos, logos etc) should be supplied as attachments in jpg or gif format. Images embedded in Word without a supporting attachment will not be included in the advertisement.
It is possible to have hyperlinks to documents (preferably in pdf format), websites or email addresses.
If an electronic flyer or document is to form the majority of your advertisement you should supply the basic wording of the advertisement with a not e such as:“click here” to view a copy of the position description (“click here” is the hyperlink).
As the newsletter is electronic we are flexible with the length of the advertisement so there is no word limit or length restriction.

Deadline:

The newsletter is published each Monday*, therefore, all advertisements must be submitted by the close of business the preceding Thursday.
* excluding some National Public holidays and the summer break in January (Newsletter resumes for 2011 on 31 January) |

Placing an advertisement:

Email your advertisement and associated attachments to the ACPET noticeboard [at] acpet [dot] edu [dot] au (Noticeboard) by 5:00 pm each Thursday. If you have any questions please email the noticeboard [at] acpet [dot] edu [dot] au (Noticeboard).
