ACPET’s Australian Students Tuition Assistance Scheme (ASTAS) is the largest and most effective tuition assistance scheme in Australia.

Members have access to tuition assurance that protects student fees paid in advance. Tuition assurance is offered to members approved to offer FEE-HELP loans and VET FEE-HELP loans, as well as those which operate as RTOs and do not have VET FEE-HELP approval.

Overseas students

Previously, ACPET offered tuition assurance coverage to providers offering courses to overseas students (OSTAS). Now, OSTAS has been replaced by the Commonwealth's Tuition Protection Scheme (TPS). Further details on the TPS are available at: www.tps.gov.au
