Victoria entered a new era in 2009 with the implementation of Securing Jobs for Your Future, a policy initiative welcomed by ACPET as it has opened up the market and provided greater choice for students undertaking Diploma and Advanced Diploma qualifications. Many ACPET members have taken advantage of this opportunity and are now on the Skills Victoria list of Funded Training Providers.
As a follow up to this, ACPET has arranged a presentation by Skills Victoria to provide information to RTOs regarding the arrangements for implementation of the Victorian Training Guarantee for 2010 and providing an update on Securing Jobs for Your Future
The presentation will look at, implementation, support, student eligibility for 2010 and 2011 for these programs.
An update will be given on the process to contract private RTOs and the overall implementation framework from commencement in 2009 to full implementation in 2011.
Who should attend?
RTO’s registered to deliver in Victoria and want to be Skills Victoria Funded Training Providers List or wish to find out more about government funded places.
