Funding for RTOs

A common question from RTOs is ‘Where can I get funding?’. The session will be an interactive workshop to enable consultants to advise RTOs about types and sources of funding in a strategic, systematic way. It will cover:

1. Types of services that RTOs can provided – traineeships, assessment only, entry level training, licensing.
2. Sources of funding – private, public, student based, industry, Government Departments, employment services, fee for service, research.
3. How to keep up to date and use networking.

Participants will receive a workbook and information about how to keep up to date with VET sector changes.

Wendy has industry and VET sector experience in finding funding and applying for funding.

The number of participants is limited to 15 per session. The session will commence at 12.30pm although please arrive at 12 noon to allow time for a
light lunch and networking.
